Welcome to Blairs House in Creve Coeur, Missouri, where we ensure you have a cozy stay every day. This newly renovated retreat is designed for comfort and entertainment, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for your next getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with a cozy bed featuring fresh sheets, pillows, and quilt covers. For your convenience, every room includes an HD Smart TV for your favorite streaming services, a dresser with drawers, a nightstand with a USB charging lamp, a luggage rack, a laundry basket, a box fan, and hangers in the closet.

Bathrooms There are 2 full bathrooms in the home. One is located in the hallway and features a bathtub, while the second is a master ensuite with a stand-up shower. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with a hair dryer, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, full towels, and black makeup towels.

Location & Neighborhood Blairs House is situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Creve Coeur. The property provides excellent accessibility for travelers, located close to I-270, I-64, and I-70.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests have access to the entire property except for the garage; please park at the top of the driveway.

Strict Rules:

• No pets allowed.
• Absolutely no smoking inside (including marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, and cigars). A $500 fee applies for indoor smoking.
• No parties or small gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests at all times. Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal without refund.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Pool and hot tub are used at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times.
