The property features a flowing creek behind the house, which while beautiful, requires supervision of small children. Tree stands in the wooded areas are not for climbing.
Important policies include: absolutely no indoor smoking (including all tobacco products, marijuana, and vaping) with a $500 penalty; no parties or gatherings permitted with immediate eviction and forfeiture of payment; 10:00 AM checkout time; and a $40 fee for returning lost items.
