Designed for intimacy and comfort, the home features 1 bedroom with a spacious cozy king bed and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Despite being approximately 300 square feet, the interior is thoughtfully designed to feel open and comfortable, ensuring your stay is as relaxing as it is cozy.

Located in the beautiful area of Fairview, this retreat feels tucked away yet keeps you close to everything the city has to offer. You are just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and approximately 20 minutes from the historic Biltmore. The surrounding area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with fantastic hikes, breweries, and restaurants just minutes away.

Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The property is accessed via a gravel driveway with parking located right outside the tiny house. While the driveway is steep in spots, it is manageable without 4WD, although 4WD is recommended during rare winter snowfalls or ice.

This is a pet-friendly property; however, please note that a pet fee is charged, which will be visible upon booking. Guests enjoy full access to the entire tiny home during their stay.
