Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and incurs a fee of AED 150 per hour. Lost access cards will be charged AED 500 per card replacement fee. The property is designated for residential use only with no commercial activities permitted.
