Welcome to Bungalow Grove, a quiet sanctuary in a neighborhood your family will love, located just minutes from everything you plan to do in West Sacramento, California. This inviting home offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the heart of the city.
The home is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The main bedroom features a king size memory foam mattress, a desk, and USB ports built into the bedside outlets for easy charging. The second bedroom provides a queen size bed, a dedicated work station with a desk, and bedside charging lamps. For additional guests, a comfortable sectional sofa-sleeper is available in the living area. A full bathroom serves the home, complete with a shower/tub combination and provided toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.
Experience the convenience of an open-concept living and dining space and a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, a gas stove, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a coffee maker. The living area is anchored by a 50-inch smart TV for your entertainment. Outside, you will find a huge fully fenced yard with a covered porch, perfectly positioned for beautiful sunrises and shaded sunsets.

Situated in a prime location, you are only 1 mile from Rivercat’s Stadium and the dog-friendly Drakes: The Barn Beer Garden. Other nearby attractions include the Old Sacramento Waterfront (2 miles), the California Automobile Museum (3 miles), and the Sacramento Zoo (5 miles).
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Free early check-in up to 2 hours may be available depending on cleaning and maintenance schedules. Pets are welcome (up to 2 dogs, 65 lbs max) with a $125 fee per dog. Please note that all guests must submit a photo ID and sign a rental agreement. To ensure a peaceful neighborhood, the home uses a Noiseaware monitoring system and exterior motion sensor cameras. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Our biggest goal is to provide you a comfortable, welcoming and safe place to stay. To protect you, our home and our neighborhood we have to go through some boring rules. We hate that this changes the tone of our listing but because of the actions of a few bad apples we need to go over a few details you need to be aware of.
We love our quiet neighborhood and so do our neighbors and we have Quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. No smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vaping allowed. If you smoke on the property or there is smell of it you will be charged additional cleaning fees of up to $250 depending on cleaning needed.
We charge $125 per dog, with limit 2 dogs, under 50 lbs. House trained and MUST be crated when unattended. Please let us know of any pet accidents when they occur to avoid any additional cleaning fees or damage costs.
No parties and/or gathering of guests. If you throw a party we will ask you to leave and reserve the right to charge you up to $500.
