The main bedroom is a true sanctuary featuring a king-size 12-inch Casper mattress, a smart TV, a built-in desk, a luggage rack, and the convenience of an en-suite half bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size 12-inch Casper mattress, a built-in desk, and a closet with hangers. Both bedrooms are equipped with bedside charging lamps to keep your devices powered.
Experience an upscale living environment with a spacious and comfortable sectional sleeper sofa and a 75-inch smart TV for entertainment. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Our biggest goal is to provide you a comfortable, welcoming and safe place to stay. To protect you, our home and our neighborhood we have to go through some boring rules. We hate that this changes the tone of our listing but because of the actions of a few bad apples we need to go over a few details you need to be aware of.
We love our quiet neighborhood and so do our neighbors and we have Quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. No smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vaping allowed. If you smoke on the property or there is smell of it you will be charged additional cleaning fees of up to $250 depending on cleaning needed.
We charge $125 per dog, with limit 2 dogs, under 50 lbs. House trained and MUST be crated when unattended. Please let us know of any pet accidents when they occur to avoid any additional cleaning fees or damage costs.
No parties and/or gathering of guests. If you throw a party we will ask you to leave and reserve the right to charge you up to $500.

Leave slept in beds unmade. Put any cleaners you may have used away. We appreciate if you load and start the dishwasher.
