The sleeping arrangements are expertly configured for up to 10 guests, with three bedrooms on the first floor—including a king primary suite with deck access—and a unique fourth bedroom upstairs that doubles as a second living room and entertainment area. Each bedroom enjoys the privacy of its own bathroom, and there is an additional half bath on the main level.

Outdoor living is a centerpiece of the experience. Relax on the expansive screened-in porch with ample seating or head to the open-air deck to grill and dine while taking in stunning golf course views overlooking the tee box of hole #7 and the green of #6 on Crooked Oaks Golf Course.

Located just a short 30-minute drive from historic downtown Charleston, the home is perfectly positioned for exploration. Guests are only a 15-minute bike ride from the beach and Boardwalk #2, as well as the local equestrian center. You will have full access to the Beach Club and Lake House outdoor pools via a digital QR code. Other resort activities, such as tennis, pickleball, and the indoor pool and fitness center, are available as pay-to-play options.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed and the home is non-smoking. A mandatory $40 vehicle fee per car is required by Seabrook Island for gate pass entry. While all linens and bath towels are provided, guests are asked to bring their own beach and pool towels. The fireplace is unavailable for guest use.
