This cottage features a thoughtful layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a new king mattress and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a rainfall shower head. The second bedroom is a cozy and whimsical space, offering a full bed with a lofted twin mattress over it, providing additional sleeping options ideal for children or guests comfortable with a bunk setup. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located off the den.

Inside, you will find an open-concept living area designed for connection, allowing you to chat on the sofa while others prepare meals in the full kitchen. Please note that because the property is located off South Main Street, you may hear some street traffic.

• Requirements: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and a security deposit hold is utilized before all stays to ensure house rules are respected.

For those needing extra space for wedding weekends or family reunions, this cottage is located behind our sister property, The Belmont Bungalow. While both homes maintain separate private yards and spaces, booking both allows for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to sleep up to 11 people. Each home must be booked separately.
