Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that during the summer, rentals operate on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. Pets are not allowed. Guests should be aware that there are three sets of stairs that may be difficult for some to navigate. For security, 24/7 video surveillance is active at the entrances and parking lot. A damage waiver fee is included in the cleaning fee to cover up to $2,500 in accidental damages; this fee is non-refundable and applies per property.
