The residence is configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The main bedroom features a queen bed, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin pull-out trundle bed. The bathroom is designed for convenience with a shower/tub combination. Spanning 692 square feet, the recently renovated interior includes a living room with plenty of space to relax and stream your favorite shows, alongside a fully stocked kitchen that has everything you need to whip up a quick meal.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Policies: Minimum age to book is 25. No parties and no smoking allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• AC Requirement: AC must be kept at 72 degrees or above to prevent the system from freezing.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. One well-behaved dog is permitted (please include in booking for the pet fee). Dogs must be leashed outside, are not allowed on furniture, and wet dogs are not permitted inside. The yard is not fenced.
• Note: This is one side of a duplex. There is no dishwasher available. A second unit is available on-site for larger groups upon inquiry.

Before arrival, guests must complete identity verification via Truvi, acknowledge the Terms & Conditions, and submit a Pre-Arrival Form to receive check-in instructions.
