• No pets are allowed—no exceptions
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house; please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash when smoking outdoors
• Firearms, ammunition, and illegal drugs (including cannabis) are strictly forbidden on the property
• Parking is limited to a maximum of three cars on-site
