You will proceed directly to the unit at the check in time indicated within the arrival instructions. Must be at least 19 years old to book. Check-in time is 4 PM and Check-out time is 10 AM.We will provide you with address & door code to both the property and any community access. Everything you need such as pool codes or cards, storage closets and WIFI info will be available in the unit. Please leave pool cards, storage closet keys, fob keys on the kitchen counter upon exit. The charge for missing keys or cards ranges from $50- $100.

Please note that we have a strict no pet policy. If a non-ADA service dog is found in one of our properties this will result in a fine starting at $250, which is subject to increase until the pet is removed.

The number of guests in a unit must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified in the listing. Please note that all children, regardless of age, are included in this count. Should you be found in violation of the maximum occupancy limit, you will be required to vacate the premises, and no refund will be provided.

Guests must be a minimum age of 19 years in order to make a reservation and must occupy the unit for the entire duration of the stay. * The Majority of Guests in any given party must be a minimum of 19 years old. 2162161 Alberta LTD, dba Whistler Premier recognizes its duties and responsibilities under the British Columbia Human Rights Code, as amended. Where applicable, nothing in these terms, conditions, and/or policies limits an individual’s ability to seek reasonable accommodation based on their protected characteristic(s), including, without limitation, age, in the provision of accommodation, service or facility offered by 2162161 Alberta LTD dba Whistler Premier. To the extent that there is any conflict between these terms, conditions, and/or policies and the Code, the Code shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

*Any reservation made under false pretenses or found to be within violation of our house rules will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, and the eviction of the entire party.

Please note that each of our properties/complexes are strictly non-smoking, which includes balconies, terraces and/or patios. Any guests who are found to be non-compliant with this policy will be charged up to but not limited to $250.00 for any damages and/or additional cleaning fees. Also note the HOA will fine for excessive noise during quiet hours, starting at $250 or more per incident. Please take note and follow all posted rules at all complexes.

Each Whistler Premier unit is self-contained. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher & laundry detergent) for the first night or two of a guest’s stay, will be supplied. Please note that these items will not be replenished and will be your responsibility to bring what you will need for the duration of your stay. We do not keep consumables such as oils, condiments or coffee. We do not have foil, sandwich bags or freezer bags.

Please be sure all trash and recycling is removed from the unit and to load the dishwasher/run it upon departure.

**Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events.

DISCLAIMER: Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Whistler Premier Resorts reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality. Specific bedding requests and views etc. are on a request basis and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate all guest requests.
