Amma's hosting is aimed to please and we want your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. For Amma to do so, we ask that you please review her Casa rules and confirm with us that it has been reviewed within 48 hours of your booking. This is to ensure that if there is any reason her rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as she has a strict cancellation policy. Amma's Casa Rules:

• Amma does not allow smoking of any kind in her house.

• Amma does not allow visitors that she does not already know about. Please let her know in advance if you will have a guest visiting during the day.

• Please be careful if there is food or drinks in the bedroom. If you make a spill please help Amma and clean up after yourself.

• Please be courteous of noise after 9pm. Amma's friends need their rest so no loud music or noises in or outside of the house after 9pm.

• No shoes in Amma's casa please. She loves her floors nice and clean.

• VERY IMPORTANT!!:
  Amma allows you to park in her driveway W/ ONE car, just NO PARKING allowed on the street. There is parking across the street on Barbados Ln, but no parking on Hemingway Ave. If you park in front of the house you are parking at your own risk and you COULD BE TOWED w/out warning. If you do get towed, Casa Amma will not be responsible for any towing fees. She is just looking out for you. So please just look at it as getting some extra steps in by parking across the street.

• Amma has board games for your enjoyment, we just ask that you please neatly return everything back into it's package the way you found it when you are done playing.

• Amma sometimes may leave a little consumable snack or treat for her guests. Ultimately Amma is not responsible if guest decides to eat said snack and has a reaction of any kind. So please eat/drink at your own discretion.

• Please do not rearrange Amma's furniture. She likes the way her casa looks : )

• If you would like to host an event, Amma would love that, just please let us know ahead of time.

• If Amma sees that there was party and she was not invited, she will leave her guests an extra cleaning fee to help her pick up after the place. So please be sure to let Amma know in advance.

• Amma's home is a blessed home, she does not allow anything illegal, she does not want to involve her neighborhood authority friends, so please be wise in what you bring into her home.

• We also ask if you are staying on Thursday night into Friday if you could please bring the garbage cans to the front of the house after 6pm. Gracias!

• No need to do laundry Amma's taking care of that. If it's dirty linens you can leave it on the bed.

• Please use trash bags for trash.

• If there are dirty dishes, you can put one load of dishes in the dishwasher before you leave Amma would appreciate that.
