The upper level features three bedrooms: a main bedroom with a King bed, a private en suite bathroom, an in-room coffee bar, and a large deck for expansive lake and sunset views; a second bedroom with a Queen bed and warm, natural lighting; and a third bedroom perfect for children featuring twin bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms in total. For additional sleeping flexibility, a murphy bed is located within a white cabinet on the first floor.

Living spaces are concentrated on the first floor, where large windows and sliding doors in the family room frame views of the lake, community pool, and landscaped courtyard. This level includes a foyer with a mud room, a half bath, and a kitchen decked out with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a large island for informal dining. A gas-fired fireplace provides warmth during cooler months, and the first-floor porch features a small gas grill and seating area.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM via a secure coded door. Please note that pets, smoking, fireworks, and the parking of boats or trailers are prohibited. Docks are not accessible for renters. To ensure peace of mind, guests choose between a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold, collected after booking and before arrival.
