"The Main Cottage" serves as the primary hub, featuring a cozy, nostalgic setting with a bedroom containing a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room. For a more secluded experience, "The Hut" is a beautifully converted lakeside boathouse that includes a plush queen bed and a convenient half bathroom.

Location & Neighborhood Nestled in serene lake country, this property is minutes from multiple golf courses, bike trails, and public beaches. Guests are just 2 minutes from the Brophy Bay Mart and Runestone Community Center, 5 minutes from the shopping, bars, and restaurants of downtown Alexandria, and 10 minutes from Carlos Creek Winery, 22 Northmen Brewing Company, and Gathered Oaks.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. All check-ins are contactless and require a photo ID and a signed Rental Agreement prior to arrival. Guests must be over 25 unless part of a family unit. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect permanent residents. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people and a 4-vehicle limit.

Pet Policy: One dog over 25 lbs or two dogs under 25 lbs are allowed.

Restrictions: No parties, large gatherings, fireworks, or indoor smoking. Toilets are for toilet paper only, and no grease may be put in the sink. Please note that water to "The Hut" is shut off from November 1st to April 15th. This is an older cabin, and while the three-season space is usable in winter, it can be cold.
