The outdoor living space is enhanced by a shaded covered lanai with a retractable sun shade and a propane gas grill for easy entertaining. The property also features an Earth Friendly naturalistic landscape designed for low maintenance and water conservation.

Families will find this home exceptionally welcoming, as it comes equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, running stroller, and two beach wagons. For recreation, guests have access to a small kids' bike, four beach cruiser bikes, a bin of indoor toys, and plenty of pool toys.

Located in the highly desirable lower southwest corner of Naples Park, you are just a quick walk or drive to Vanderbilt Beach, the Ritz-Carlton, and the Turtle Club. The Mercato, with its variety of shops, bars, and Whole Foods, is nearby, and Trader Joe's is approximately one mile away (a 20-minute walk). The neighborhood is very pedestrian-friendly, though a vehicle is recommended for exploring the larger Naples metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 30 to 40-minute drive away.
