Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. To maintain the serenity of the neighborhood, quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.

Please note that bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental price, though they can be arranged via a third-party supplier in advance. A deposit of 1500 SEK is charged before arrival. Guests are responsible for cleaning the property prior to departure unless a third-party cleaning service is ordered; otherwise, the deposit may be affected. When parking, please ensure your vehicle does not obstruct the sea view of neighboring properties. EV charging is strictly limited to the designated charging point and not ordinary electrical outlets.
