1. Check in: 4pm or after / Checkout: Anytime before 9am. Late checkout is not permitted; a penalty of $100 per hour will be charged for late departures.

3. Pet fees - we love our four-legged guests and welcome dogs with a low $250 pet fee per stay (maximum of 2). If there is any damage or extra cleaning from the pet, we will contact you after the check-out inspection to resolve it.

4. Must be 25 years of age or older with past positive reviews to book the home.

5. No smoking in or around the property. $250 fine for any smoking.

6. No parties, events or extra guests/visitors that are not on the reservation permitted at the property. **Events (e.g., small weddings, family reunions) must be pre-approved by host in advance and prior to booking to home; a non-refundable event fee is to be paid by guest.

7. Very important: Due to the beachfront location of our home, we share our land with sea turtles, and after hatching, the babies will walk to the moon to find the water. It is very important to turn off all lights at night, so the sea turtle babies do not travel in the wrong direction.

8. Very important: We share the island gopher tortoises, which are endangered and protected. Please do not touch any gopher tortoises anywhere on the island. They have the right of way in the streets :)

9. Very important: Adult licensed drivers are the only persons permitted to drive any/all golf carts. No driving golf carts on the beach. If there is any damage to the golf carts, the renter agrees to reimburse owner in full for all repairs.

GUEST RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Bicycles, Paddleboard and Golf Cart Release of Liability: By renting this vacation home, I understand and accept that using the bicycles and/or golf cart(s) and/or paddleboards onsite expose me to many hazards and entail unavoidable risk of death, personal injury (including but not limited to severe spinal or head injury) and loss of or damage to property. I also understand I should be in good physical health to participate in bicycling and/or paddleboarding. I choose to participate in bicycling and/or golf cart driving and/or paddleboarding in spite of these risks and hereby assume all risk of injury or loss of life to myself and loss of or damage to property. I understand the inherent risk involved in using this equipment; accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result.

General Release of Liability: The renter and all other parties on the premises during the stay hereby assume all risk of any and all injury or harm and agree to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the releasee from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the undersigned.

You affirm that you HAVE READ THIS GUEST RELEASE AND WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, WAIVER, AND CONSENT CONTAINED IN IT. YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN UP RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, AND HAVE DONE SO FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT.
