The basement level includes a fourth bedroom with two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, plus additional sleeping options with pull-out couches in both the basement and second-floor loft areas. Three and a half bathrooms ensure convenience for larger groups.

For security and community respect, there is an external camera at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor on the exterior of the home.
