From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by a striking eight-foot wall mural of famous mobsters, setting the stage for a home filled with personality and fun.

The residence features a bright, open-concept layout. The fully stocked kitchen is complemented by a coffee and wine nook, with a central island that comfortably seats four. This space flows naturally into a cozy sitting area where a modern tiled gas fireplace overlooks a man-made lake, paired with a bluetooth and vinyl record player for a nostalgic touch. The dining area accommodates up to twelve guests, leading into the highly anticipated, social media worthy Prohibition/Speakeasy room, complete with a neon sign, its own fireplace, and a dedicated spot for fun mugshots.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for large groups, accommodating up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:

• Upstairs: A King bed with an ensuite double vanity bathroom, and a Queen bed with a full bath.
• Downstairs: Two King beds (one with an ensuite bathroom) and a dedicated kids' room featuring 3 bunk beds with 2 trundles, providing a total of 8 twin beds.

Entertainment is abundant, especially downstairs in the game area. Guests can enjoy an arcade game with over 200 titles, board games, and a stylish wet bar with a mini fridge and coffee maker. A large sectional couch and 65" smart TV provide the perfect spot to unwind.

Outside, the property offers a beach area overlooking a 5-acre non-motorized lake. Guests can enjoy the outdoors via the paddle board and kayaks, or relax on one of the two outdoor patios, the hot tub, or by the fire pits. The home also features a sauna and a flat top propane grill for lakeside dining.

Located in the quaint Beach Lake community, the home is surrounded by a spring-fed, sand-bottom lake. You are just 1.2 miles from Castle Rock Lake, one of Wisconsin's largest lakes, and within reach of local bars, restaurants, and the nearby town of Mauston, which hosts a brewery, coffee shop, and ice cream parlor.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Early check-in at 2:00 PM available for a $50 fee)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking of any substance (violators subject to a $200 fine). Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Motorized toys and fireworks are prohibited on the lake.
• Restrictions: Children under 18 are not permitted in the hot tubs. Bunk beds have weight limits; please inquire before booking.
• Requirements: All guests must sign a rental agreement and a hot tub agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions.
