This thoughtfully designed home features 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The main level is bright and open, boasting an inviting living room with plenty of seating, a TV for movie nights, and a clever queen-sized Murphy bed that provides flexible sleeping arrangements for extra guests. The adorable, well-appointed kitchen is a cook's delight, featuring a propane stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a classic farmhouse sink, all while overlooking the amazing canyon. This level also includes a convenient full bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a main patio equipped with an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor fireplace.

Downstairs, you will find the primary bedroom, a private sanctuary with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower-over-tub combo. • Parking: Dedicated off-street parking for 1 car is available, with additional first-come-first-served street parking across from the house.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (maximum 2 dogs). Dogs must be kept off furniture/beds, never left unattended, kept on leash outside the private yard, and must not engage in excessive barking. A small pet fee applies for additional cleaning. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets are permitted.
• Important Notes: A pre-check-in verification via a secure guest portal is required. During the rainy season (October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored to protect them from the elements. Please note that while the house and patios are private, a neighbor lives further up the hill and may use the shared access path passing by the house.
