We want your stay to be amazing. Here are a few things to know before booking:

Before You Arrive

We will send a quick check-in form within 3 days of booking to collect your ID, credit card on file, and have you sign our rental agreement. The card on file allows us to process any extras or upsells you request during your stay such as pool heat, early check-in, or additional services. This also allows us to send you access codes and property details before your trip.

The primary guest must be 25 or older and present during the stay. All guests including children must be listed on your reservation.

What We Provide

We set you up with the essentials so you can start relaxing right away. All of our homes include fresh linens, towels, and beach towels. You will also find coffee, basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, bathroom toiletries, and a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Check your listing for the full list of amenities included at your property.

The Basics

Quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. No smoking indoors. No parties or events. Visitors welcome with prior approval but must leave by 10 PM.

Parking

Pets

Bringing a Boat?

Please verify the dock fits your boat before booking. Boats over 32 feet need approval.

A $60 damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage. No security deposit required.

Security and Monitoring

Exterior cameras are located at entry points and pool areas for security. Noise monitoring devices help us enforce quiet hours. No cameras are installed inside the home.

Our properties are located in a tropical paradise where occasional geckos and island insects are common despite regular pest control.

Travel Insurance

Traveling during hurricane season (June through November)? We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
