Sleeping Arrangements The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout includes a large king bedroom on the main floor located nearest to the rolling waterfalls of the property's namesake brook. A second bedroom with a full-size mattress features enormous picture windows perfect for spotting elk, deer, or bobcats. The third bedroom is a super cute queen retreat on the second floor, positioned at the level of the forest canopy to create a treehouse-like atmosphere.

Location & Neighborhood Located ten miles from downtown Estes Park, the cabin is situated on the flanks of Longs Peak. The property is surrounded by huge pine trees and offers views of two massive mountains with virtually no light pollution for incredible stargazing. Guests are just a 7-minute drive from the Longs Peak Trailhead and within easy reach of the Beaver Meadows Entrance to RMNP, Eldora Ski Resort, and local golf courses.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted. This is a non-smoking property (inside and out) with no pets, no fire pits, and no parties allowed. A maximum of 3 cars and 6 guests are permitted. Upon departure, guests are required to load and start the dishwasher and start a laundry load of towels.

CRITICAL VEHICLE REQUIREMENT: From October to May, AWD or 4WD and winter/mountain snowflake tires, all-terrain tires, or chains are mandatory due to isolated road conditions and lack of cell service. There is no air conditioning in the home, as the mountain air provides natural cooling in the evenings.
