The property sits just 500 yards from the National Park boundary and five minutes from Longs Peak Trailhead, making it ideal for hiking enthusiasts. The location offers easy access to downtown Estes Park (15 minutes), golf courses, and ski resorts while maintaining complete seclusion.

Important winter requirements: From October to May, AWD or 4WD vehicles with winter/mountain snowflake-rated tires are mandatory - no exceptions. The property is accessed via a dirt mountain road that is plowed but may experience delays during heavy storms. No cell service is available in the area.

Property policies include strict no-smoking throughout the entire property due to fire danger, maximum six guests including children and infants per rental permit law, parking for three vehicles, and check-in at 4pm or later with checkout by 10am. Guests must start the dishwasher and begin a towel laundry load at checkout. No air conditioning available. Bears are active in the area - never leave food in vehicles. County permit 21-RES0875.
