Security & Damage Protection

There is an additional registration for the property the listing is on, along with an external link for property damage waivers, to receive your door codes. Thank you for helping us maintain high standards for all guest experiences.

To help us maintain the quality of our home, all guests are required to complete a security protection step before arrival. You can choose between a Refundable Security Hold or a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver. Instructions for selecting your preferred option will be sent via Airbnb messaging after your booking is confirmed. Check-in details will be provided once this step is completed.

We want to ensure that you have a great experience while staying with us. We are a small family-owned business and do our very best to clean, repair, and keep our home up to date. However, we are human, and occasional errors may occur. If anything needs attention during your stay, please allow us the opportunity to serve you. We will gladly send a team to ensure your space is in the best shape possible.

House Rules

1. Property & Furniture

• No updates, changes, holes in walls, or moving furniture is allowed.
• All towels, robes, and Domes items (inside and out) must remain in the Domes.

2. Noise Policy

• No noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• If other guests nearby complain, a first warning will be issued. A second infraction will result in immediate removal from the property.

3. Shoes

• No shoes are allowed inside the Domes. A shoe tray is provided for your convenience.
• We recommend having a set of house shoes for comfort.
• Please keep entrance doors closed during extreme temperatures for comfort.

4. Smoking

• No smoking is allowed inside the Domes or around the front doors.
• A $150 charge will apply if smoke is detected.

5. Trash

• Do not leave loose trash outside.
• Trash will be picked up after checkout, but if you wish to help, there is a GREEN DUMPSTER on your way out.

6. Pets

• Pets are not allowed in the Domes due to allergies.
• A $750 charge will apply for deep cleaning if a pet is found in the Domes.

7. Home Care

• No adjustments or changes beyond what is prepared for guests are allowed.
• If entry is required while you are staying, we will request a convenient time in advance.
• This is a new construction property and comes as-is with all listed amenities.

Departure Instructions – Domes

8. Beds

• Leave all slept-in beds unmade; we will handle the sheets and bedding.

9. Towels

• Leave all used towels in a pile on the floor.

10. Pillows & Comforters

• Leave pillows and comforters on the beds.

11. Air Conditioning / Heating

• Set all 3 A/C units to “cool 75” during warm seasons and “heat 65” during cold seasons.

12. Trash

• Take all trash to the GREEN DUMPSTER on your way out if you choose to help. Otherwise, we will pick it up.
