Security & Damage Protection

To help us maintain the quality of our home, all guests are required to complete a security protection step before arrival. You can choose between a Refundable Security Hold or a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver. Instructions for selecting your preferred option will be sent via Airbnb messaging after your booking is confirmed. Check-in details will be provided once this step is completed.

Note: There is an additional registration for the property the listing is on and an external link for property damage waivers to receive your door codes. Thank you for helping us maintain high standards for all guest experiences.

House Rules Here’s how to keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone:

1. Respect the Space

• No changes, holes, or furniture rearranging, please.
• All items (towels, robes, etc.) must stay in the property.

2. Quiet Time

• Keep it peaceful between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A first noise complaint gets a friendly reminder; a second may result in early check-out.

3. Shoe-Free Zone

• Please use the provided shoe tray inside the door.
• Bring cozy house shoes for extra comfort.
• Keep entrance doors closed during extreme temperatures for a comfortable stay.

4. No Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed inside or near the front doors.
• If smoke is detected indoors, a $250 cleaning fee will apply.

5. No Pets

• Pets are not allowed to protect guests with allergies.
• If a pet is discovered in the property, a $250 deep-cleaning fee will apply.

6. Clean and Careful

• Keep trash contained—no loose trash outside.
• This is a brand-new home with modern amenities. Help us keep it pristine for you and future guests.

During Your Stay

• If we need to enter the space for any reason, we will check with you to find a convenient time.
• We are continuously improving our spaces to ensure every stay is top-notch.

Additional Guest Responsibilities:

• Clean the grill after use.
• Cover the fire pit once it has cooled.
• Turn off hot tub lights and cover it when done to keep it warm for your return.

Fire Pit:

• Wood is available for purchase via QR code; stored near the fire pit for your use.
• Please do not leave the fire unattended.
• “In-Room Convenience” S’mores packs are available via QR code inside your unit.

Security Camera Information:

• Your safety matters. There are 3 exterior cameras: 1 in the parking area, 1 at the front entrance, and 1 on the porch.
• Cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.
• Motion-activated cameras record video and sound when triggered.

Parking:

• 1 vehicle can be parked in the driveway.
• 1 additional vehicle can be parked in the driveway or at the far north end.
• Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
