Security & Damage Protection

To help us maintain the quality of our home, all guests are required to complete a security protection step before arrival. You can choose between a Refundable Security Hold or a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver. Instructions for selecting your preferred option will be sent via Airbnb messaging after your booking is confirmed. Check-in details will be provided once this step is completed.

Note: An additional registration for the property is required, along with an external link for property damage waivers, to receive your door codes. Thank you for helping us maintain high standards for all guest experiences.

House Rules
1. Guest Conduct
- Any dishonoring or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated. Guests exhibiting such behavior will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.
1. Property & Furniture
- No updates, changes, holes in walls, or moving furniture is allowed.
- All towels, robes, and Villa items (inside and out) must remain in the Villa.
1. Noise Policy
- No noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- If other guests in nearby Villas or Casitas complain, a first warning will be issued. A second infraction will result in immediate removal from the property.
1. Shoes
- No shoes are allowed inside the Villa. A shoe tray is provided for your convenience.
- We recommend having a set of house shoes for comfort.
1. Doors & Temperature
- Please keep entrance doors closed during extreme temperatures for a comfortable stay.
1. Smoking
- No smoking is allowed inside the Villa or around the front doors.
- A $150 charge will apply if smoke is detected.
1. Trash
- Do not leave loose trash outside.
- All trash must be placed in the GREEN DUMPSTER upon departure.
- If trash collection is required after checkout, a $50 charge will apply.
1. Dishes
- Please wash any dishes you use and place them on a dry mat on the kitchen counter.
- A $25 cleaning fee will apply for dirty dishes left behind.
1. Pets
- Pets are not allowed in this Villa due to allergies.
- Other Casitas may allow pets if available.
- A $750 charge will apply for deep cleaning if a pet is found in the Villa.
1. Home Care
- No adjustments or changes beyond what is prepared for guests are allowed.
- If entry is required while you are staying, we will request a good time in advance.
1. Departure Instructions – Villas
- Place all used sheets in the washer and start the cycle (detergent ball provided).
- Leave all used towels in a pile on the floor.
- Leave pillows and comforters on beds.
- Set all 3 A/C units to 70.
- Failure to follow instructions will result in a $75 fee.
