• Smoking: This is a smoke-free property; smoking and vaping are prohibited inside and on the deck, though permitted in the fire pit area.
• Parking: No trailer, RV, or oversized vehicle parking is allowed on the road or driveway. Designated parking areas are available within walking distance.
• Other: A minimum age of 21 is required for the booker. Late check-outs incur a $100 fee per hour.
