This thoughtfully designed two-story cabin sits quietly at the back of the 9-acre Solitude development, where 45 standalone cabins create a family-friendly resort atmosphere. The property backs up to wild forest, providing frequent wildlife sightings while maintaining convenient access to Lake Estes walking trails (7-minute walk) and essential amenities. The peaceful neighborhood offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility to Estes Park's shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation.

Important Guest Information: Check-in begins at 4pm with checkout by 10am. Early check-in available for additional fee (24-hour advance notice required, subject to cleaning schedule). The community hot tub at Solitude Lodge closes strictly at 9pm. This property has no air conditioning like most Estes Park homes, but portable fans are provided and mountain breezes provide natural cooling each evening. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Two dedicated parking spaces included. AWD or 4WD vehicles strongly recommended October through May due to 8,000-foot elevation and potential snow conditions.

Strict no-smoking policy applies indoors and outdoors. Outdoor fire pits are prohibited, and only gas BBQ grills are permitted (charcoal banned). Bear safety is essential - never leave food in vehicles as bears frequently visit the area and can break into cars.
