Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This spacious cabin accommodates up to 6 guests with a configuration of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bathroom, vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a large closet. The downstairs bedroom also offers a king bed with mountain-themed decor and garden views, with semi-private bathroom access. For additional guests, the living room includes a Murphy bed, though please note that deploying it makes the downstairs living area tight for larger groups.

Location & Neighborhood Nestled in a quiet neighborhood of 45 standalone cabins, Solitude Beaver 3 is located just 4 minutes from the shops and Riverwalk of downtown Estes Park and 10 minutes from the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is a short walk to the Lake Estes Lakeside Trail and minutes from the historic Stanley Hotel. While the cabins are close together for easy accessibility, the community backs up to wild forest, ensuring frequent wildlife sightings.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be available for a fee based on cleaning schedules. This is a strict no-smoking property; smoking is prohibited inside and outside, and outdoor fire pits and charcoal BBQs are banned (gas grills only). The shared hot tub at Solitude Lodge closes strictly at 9:00 PM. Guests are warned never to leave food in cars due to local bear activity. Please note there is no air conditioning, as mountain breezes naturally cool the home. For winter visits (October to May), 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended due to the 8,000-foot elevation.
