Nestled within a peaceful 9-acre community of 45 cabins backing up to wild forest, you'll enjoy the tranquility of mountain living while staying connected to area attractions. Downtown Estes Park's shops and restaurants are just 4 minutes away, while Rocky Mountain National Park entrances are 10-15 minutes by car. The property sits near Lake Estes with its scenic walking trail, and The Stanley Hotel is only 5 minutes away. Boulder and Denver International Airport are easily accessible for day trips or travel connections.

Important guest information: Check-in begins at 4pm, check-out by 10am (early check-in available for a fee when possible). The community hot tub closes strictly at 9pm. This is a strict no-smoking property with no outdoor fires permitted (gas BBQ only). AWD/4WD vehicles recommended October-May due to mountain conditions at 8,000 feet elevation. Bears are active in the area - never leave food in vehicles. The property has no air conditioning, typical for Estes Park homes, but evening mountain breezes provide natural cooling. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
