Noise Disclosure

There is a firing range nearby, so you may occasionally hear gunfire during the day.

Fireworks are commonly sold in the area around New Year's Eve and the 4th of July, which may result in increased noise levels. If you or your pets are sensitive to loud sounds, please plan accordingly.

Septic System Notice

The property utilizes on-site sewer facilities.

Only toilet paper should be flushed—no wipes, hygiene products, or paper towels.

Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by improper use.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and e-cigarettes) is prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

A $150 fee will be charged for the first violation, along with a warning.

If the issue persists, the guest may be removed from the property without refund.

Security Devices

Tampering with, covering, or disabling the Ring doorbell camera or any other security device is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to do so will result in the guest being removed from the property without refund.
