• No pets or smoking allowed on the property due to high fire danger.
• Wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes; gas is permitted.
• Please do not leave food in cars, as resident bears frequent the area.
• To keep cleaning fees low, guests agree to start a load of dishes and towels upon checkout.
• Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited to respect neighbors. The home utilizes a Minut noise monitor and security cameras on the garage and doorbell for safety.
