About Property

Discover a unique and tranquil Hinterland refuge at Creekside Cottage, a country sanctuary hidden away on a sprawling 10-acre block in Perwillowen, Queensland. This inviting getaway overlooks a pristine creek that meanders through the back of the property, providing a soothing soundtrack that can be heard from the balconies. Whether you are seeking a romantic peaceful retreat or a getaway with friends and family, including your pooch, this is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.

As you arrive through the front gates and wind down the gravel driveway, the cottage reveals itself perched down the hill, surrounded by rural acreage and beautifully integrated into its natural setting. The home is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring an open-plan layout where the living, dining, and lounge spaces flow seamlessly toward the outdoors. A standout feature is the great rear balcony, offering quiet sitting areas and an outdoor dining space perfectly suited for a morning cup of tea while listening to the birds.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests:

• Master Bedroom: Queen bed, built-in wardrobe with ample storage, reverse cycle air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, built-in wardrobe with ample storage, and a ceiling fan.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, shelving, and a ceiling fan.
• Bathroom: One shared bathroom with a separate toilet.

While the structured amenities list is concise, the home is styled with modern tasteful touches throughout. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped country-style kitchen with essential appliances, a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings, and direct pool access from the balcony area. For your convenience, the home includes a laundry space with a washer and dryer, as well as a porta cot and highchair for families.

Located in the stunning Sunshine Coast Hinterland, the property offers seclusion while remaining respectful of the rural community. Please be mindful of the surrounding neighbors and adhere to local quiet hours after 9pm. Additionally, as there is a creek at the rear of the property, children must be supervised at all times.
