Designed for comfort and flexibility, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two master suites. The first master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private balcony with stunning views overlooking the water and pool; its attached bathroom is a retreat featuring a double vanity, shower, and a free-standing tub. The second master suite is perfectly set up for families, providing a king-size bed and a crib, with a closet stocked with toys and a bouncy seat for smaller children. Two additional guest bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed and a twin trundle bed, allowing for four guests per room.

The heart of the home is an open layout comprising the kitchen, dining, and living areas, offering a panoramic view of the outdoor space. For entertainment and productivity, the home includes a dedicated game room with a foosball table and a brand new pool table, as well as a private office separated by a door for those needing a quiet space to work remotely.

Outside, guests can relax in the bay-front heated pool area, which provides ample seating for outdoor dining or reading. Please note that pool heat is available automatically after November 15th; requests for heat prior to this date incur a charge of $20 per day.

Located in Tierra Verde, the property is situated in an area rich with history. Once a collection of 15 islands covered in pines and mangroves, the region served as sacred ceremonial and burial grounds for Native Americans centuries ago, with relics still marking the area near the road to Fort De Soto Park.
