No parties are permitted on the premises ($200 fee for violation) and climbing onto the roof is strictly prohibited ($500 fee for violation). Guests are asked not to remove or unplug any hardware used to maintain property operations, as this may incur additional fees. We kindly request that you use the provided make-up removal pads to avoid excessive stains on linens, which may result in replacement charges. Finally, please help us maintain the property by placing trash in the designated outdoor bins: Gray for trash, Blue for recycling, and Green for yard waste.
