Located on the left bank of the Adige River, this residence offers an authentic escape just across from the historic center and a short walk from the University district and Ponte Navi. It is a quiet residential area where you can truly experience the pace of local daily life, making it an ideal choice for both leisure tourism and business travelers.

The apartment is positioned on the ground floor of a historic building, accessed via the main hallway. After ascending two steps to the front door, you enter a welcoming small hallway that leads to the living spaces. The layout includes a comfortable double bedroom to the left and a single bedroom straight ahead, providing a total capacity for 3 guests. The kitchen features a dining table for three and provides direct access to a private balcony that overlooks a shared garden. The bathroom is well-appointed with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet, benefiting from natural ventilation provided by two windows.

Please be aware that Easy Flat is located on a narrow one-way street with no available parking; we strongly advise against parking outside designated areas to avoid fines. Motor vehicles are not permitted in the courtyard. We ask guests to be respectful of other residents in the shared spaces and to be kind to the friendly neighborhood cats that frequently visit the garden. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or at the windows.

Registration is required via a self check-in link sent 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note that for bookings of two guests, a €25 surcharge applies if separate beds are requested, which must be purchased through the guest portal after confirmation.
