Designed for up to four guests, the home features one bedroom with an incredibly comfortable king bed and a walk-in closet. For additional guests, a full-sized sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for two more. The home includes one freshly remodeled en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Inside, you'll find a cozy, open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living area to a full kitchen complete with a center island and seating for four. Warm up by the reliable, big gas fireplace or enjoy entertainment with a record player, sound system, games, and smart TVs. The entryway also includes a convenient washer and dryer.

Outdoor living is the highlight of the Stillwater experience. Fresh snowmelt from the Continental Divide flows through the property, providing the soothing sound of running water throughout your stay. The back deck offers a year-round private riverside hot tub, outdoor dining for four, and a BBQ. For moments of quiet reflection, take a seat at the peaceful riverfront seating area on the banks.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood at the base of Old Man Mountain, the cabin is just 2 minutes from downtown Estes Park and 5 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park Visitor Center and the historic Stanley Hotel.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Spaces for 2 cars (the garage is for owner use only)
• House Rules: No pets, no smoking (inside or outside), and no outdoor wood fire pits or charcoal BBQs
• Guest Requirements: Guests agree to start a load of dishes and a load of towels upon checkout
• Safety Note: Do not leave food in cars due to frequent bear activity in the area. AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly recommended from October to May.
