You'll be within walking distance of the Maxwell Inn shuttle stop and just minutes from the Stanley Hotel, Safeway groceries, and the National Park Visitor Center. The location offers easy access to Estes Park Golf Course, Hidden Valley skiing, and day trips to Boulder, Fort Collins breweries, or Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Important Guest Information: Check-in begins at 4pm and checkout is by 10am. The property operates under Permit 3068 with a maximum occupancy of four guests and two vehicles. To keep cleaning fees low, guests are asked to start loads of dishes and towels before departure. Strict no-smoking and no-fire policies are enforced due to wildfire safety - only gas BBQs are permitted. The garage is reserved for owner use only. Winter visitors should rent AWD or 4WD vehicles as the property sits at 8,000 feet elevation. Bear safety is essential - never leave food in vehicles as bears frequently visit the area and can break into cars.
