Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM (early check-in at 2 PM is available for $50 when possible). Check-out is by 10:00 AM (late check-out until 12 PM is available for $50). The property is secured by a gated entrance and accessed via a smart lock. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per pet; they must be disclosed at booking and kept under control. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, with violations resulting in a $250 fine. Guests are asked to leave shared spaces ready for the next visitor.
