The layout includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in a downstairs bedroom—complete with a smart TV and large closet—and a full bed in an upstairs bedroom. For those needing to stay productive, a dedicated workspace with a desk is available.

Inside, you will find a modern open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space that is spacious and beautifully decorated, making it perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes specialized BBQ utensils for outdoor grilling.

Outdoor bliss awaits in the fenced backyard, where you can enjoy a large deck with outdoor couches, an al fresco dining table, and a game of corn hole. The home offers two distinct fire pit experiences: a convenient propane fire pit on the deck and a charming wood-burning fire pit set on the grass for cozy evenings under the stars (please note that firewood is not provided).

• Pets: One dog (up to 60 lbs) is welcome for a $150 fee per stay. Additional cleaning fees of $200 apply if waste beyond hair is found. Guests must clean up after pets, and dogs should not be left unattended.
