Escape to Sojourn Lodge, where relaxation and adventure meet at the edge of the Alaskan wilderness in Talkeetna. This luxurious, newly constructed retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and rugged beauty, making it an ideal sanctuary for families or group getaways seeking a memorable Alaskan experience.

Designed for ample space, the lodge accommodates up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The loft bedroom features a king bed, a queen sofa bed, and a twin sofa bed. Downstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms: one equipped with a queen bed and a twin sofa bed, and a second featuring a queen bed.

Inside, the lodge opens from an arctic entry into a stunning open-concept living space highlighted by large prow windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes an island that seats six and a coffee station featuring local brews from Farm Loop Coffee and teas from Felicity Loft. The living room is anchored by a cozy wood stove, a large seating area for gathering, and a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. Large windows provide scenic views for summer bird watching and winter stargazing. Outside, the private deck is perfect for relaxing, featuring a grill and a gas fire pit where guests might spot the northern lights, a passing moose, or local dog teams training below. For added convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Located in the Caswell area off mile 88 of the Parks Highway between Willow and Talkeetna, the lodge is just 30 miles from the nearest town. Guests are minutes away from world-class fishing at Sheep Creek, Goose Creek, Montana Creek, and the Kashwitna River. The property provides direct access to ATV trails and millions of acres of public lands for winter snow machining. Winter visitors can enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on trails maintained by the local dog mushing community. The lodge also serves as an excellent base for exploring Hatcher Pass, Talkeetna, or Denali National Park, with nearby dining at Sheep Creek Lodge and the Denali Brewing and Tasting Room.

• Deposit: A $1,000 deposit is required for booking
• Access: A vehicle is required. Between November and April, AWD is recommended as access during breakup, muddy season, or heavy snowfall can be difficult.
• House Rules: Please do not flush anything but toilet paper due to the septic system. Guests are strictly prohibited from accessing the sled dog yard at the end of the driveway. Please be respectful of other guests and the owner's home and yurts on the property.
• Safety: Outdoor security cameras with active video and audio recording are located in the driveway and exterior of the house.

As the lodge is situated in an area popular with dog mushers, guests will likely hear the characteristic howling and singing of the dogs during their stay.
