This spacious home accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: the upper floor features a king bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and a twin bedroom with great mountain views. The lower level provides two comfortable queen bedrooms. The layout is designed for relaxation, featuring two separate living areas and two expansive decks where you can watch local wildlife and enjoy a star-studded night sky.

Key features of the home include:

• Full gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a cozy bar, and a variety of small appliances including a blender, toaster, and slow cooker
• Wood fireplace in the open living area
• Two private decks with outdoor seating and a propane grill
• Downstairs media area with a large smart TV, kids' books, and games
• A/C and in-unit washer and dryer
• French press and drip coffee makers

Located in the serene Windcliff Estes neighborhood on the west side of town, the property borders US Forest Service land, meaning elk and deer frequently pass by the doorstep. You are perfectly positioned for adventure, located just 10-15 minutes from downtown Estes Park and the National Park Visitor Center, and within a short drive to the Rock Inn Mountain Tavern and Bird and Jim restaurants.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a strict no-smoking and no-pets property. Due to local laws and fire history, no outdoor fire pits or charcoal BBQs are permitted; violations result in a $500 fine. Guests are limited to 3 cars max. Because the home is located at 8,000 feet, 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended from October to May. To keep bears away, never leave food in your vehicle. To pass on savings to guests, we ask that you start a load of dishes and towels upon checkout.

Whether you are gathering around the fireplace in winter or soaking in the views from the deck in summer, Reverie is a place to unwind and rejuvenate.
