• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (max 2) with a one-time fee. Not recommended for those with pet allergies.
• Dock Notice: The dock is ideal for kayaking and fishing, but larger boats may have limited access due to water depth and drought conditions. No electricity or working boat lift on the dock.
• Requirements: Signature of a rental agreement/liability waiver is required within 48 hours of booking. Guest verification via Truvi is mandatory prior to arrival.
• Security: An active recording camera is located at the doorbell. Noise decibel monitoring devices are present in the living room, porch, and back patio.
