Important Guest Information This is a strict no-smoking property with no outdoor fires permitted (fires are illegal for Estes Park vacation rentals). The property sits at 8,000 feet elevation and lacks air conditioning, though mountain breezes provide natural cooling when windows are opened. AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended October through May due to potential snow conditions. Insurance policies strictly prohibit non-registered guests on the property.
