Built on the historic grounds of Colorado's first alpaca farm, this spacious modern home serves as a beautiful retreat for mountain-loving couples, families, and small groups seeking a prime basecamp for their Rocky Mountain adventures.

This new construction home is designed for comfort and openness, featuring a welcoming interior with a mix of quality mountain rustic and modern appointments. The living area is highlighted by a wall of windows that allows an abundance of natural light to flood the space, while a gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance during cozy evenings. The home is configured with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The main floor master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bath. On the second level, you will find two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a queen bed and twin-sized bunk beds. For the little ones, a secret playroom is accessed through the second-level bedroom, providing a whimsical space for children to play.

The well-stocked, modern kitchen is equipped with quality full-sized stainless steel appliances and a picnic-style dining table within the open-concept living area. Step outside onto the rear patio to enjoy grilling and mountain air dining while taking in views that extend into Rocky Mountain National Park to the west. Adjacent undeveloped land offers guests the chance to spot grazing elk and other local wildlife.

Located on the west side of Estes Park, the townhome is perfectly positioned for exploration. You are just 2.5 miles from the Beaver Meadows entrance of RMNP and only 2 miles from downtown. Local attractions such as the YMCA of the Rockies, The Stanley Hotel, Marys Lake, and various restaurants and supermarkets are all within a very short drive.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: One dog max (up to 35lbs) allowed with a $150 fee; must be added to guest count
• Restrictions: Strict no-smoking property (inside and outside) and no outdoor fire pits or charcoal BBQs
• Note: There is no A/C; please use provided fans and open windows to enjoy the cool mountain air
• Important: Please do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears
• Safety: A Minut noise meter is installed to monitor decibel levels and protect the home
• Road Conditions: 4WD or AWD is highly recommended from October to May due to the 8,000ft elevation and potential snowfall
