This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main floor features a master suite with a king bed and an en suite bath. On the second level, you will find two additional bedrooms: one featuring a queen bed and another with a queen bed and twin-sized bunk beds. A large full bathroom serves the upper floor, and young children will love the secret playroom accessed through the second bedroom.

The interior is open and bright, blending quality mountain rustic and modern appointments. A wall of windows floods the living area with natural light, while a gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance for cozy evenings. The well-stocked modern kitchen is equipped with quality full-sized stainless steel appliances and a picnic-style dining table. Adjacent undeveloped land provides wonderful opportunities to view grazing elk and other wildlife, with views extending west into the National Park.

• Pets: 1 dog maximum, up to 35 lbs (must be added to guest count; $150 fee)
• No smoking inside or outside; no outdoor fire pits or charcoal BBQs
• No nonpaying or non-registered guests allowed
• Please note: There is no A/C; the home uses fans and mountain breezes for cooling
• Safety: Do not leave food in cars due to frequent bear activity
• Noise: A Minut noise meter is used to monitor decibel levels for guest safety and neighborhood peace
• Winter Travel: AWD or 4WD is highly recommended from October to May
