• Pets: Dogs are welcome (maximum 1 dog, up to 35lbs) with a $150 fee and must be added to the reservation.

• Guests: Insurance prohibits nonpaying or non-registered guests on the property.
• Climate: There is no A/C; however, mountain air and fans provide cooling in the evenings.
• Road Conditions: Due to the 8,000-foot elevation, AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly recommended from October to May.
• Safety: Do not leave food in cars, as bears frequent the area.
