This 1,050-square-foot home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a single level. The sleeping arrangements include a king master suite with an attached bathroom and a second queen bedroom located on the opposite side of the house for added privacy. For groups of up to 6 guests, a pull-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Local favorites like Bird and Jim, the Bird's Nest, and Rock Cut brewery are all within a short walk or drive, while downtown Estes Park is roughly 3 miles away.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are allowed (max 2) but must be on the reservation; a $150 non-refundable pet fee applies. No other pets permitted.
• Parking: Maximum of 2 cars.
• Winter Access: 4WD or AWD is mandatory from October to May due to the steep driveway and intense winter weather.
• Restrictions: No parties, smoking, or events. Outdoor fire pits are illegal.
• Guest Requirements: Upon checkout, guests are asked to start a load of dishes and a laundry load of towels.
• Safety: A Minut noise meter is installed in the entryway to monitor decibel levels. Please do not leave food in cars, as bears frequent the area.
