Designed for groups and families, the home is divided into two main sections to ensure privacy. The original home features a huge main living area with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a dining room with a large table, and a remodeled kitchen. The newer addition provides a separate space, making it easy for families to divide and conquer. The property features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two spacious bedrooms with king beds in the main house, two bedrooms with queen beds in the addition, and one bedroom featuring a bunk bed with two singles. A pullout sofa provides additional flexibility.

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood on the edge of the Estes Park Valley, the sanctuary is centrally located and close to everything. You are just minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, approximately 6 to 7 minutes from downtown Estes Park and the Stanley Hotel, and about 10 minutes from the Lumpy Ridge Trailhead.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• No pets allowed
• Strict no-smoking policy (inside and outside)
• No outdoor fire pits or charcoal BBQs (illegal in Estes)
• Parking available for 4 cars
• Guests agree to start a load of dishes and towels upon checkout to help keep the cleaning fee lower
• Important: AWD/4WD or snow tires are strongly recommended from October to May due to the 8,000-foot elevation. Please do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting local bears.
