This two-story, 1000-square-foot home is designed for gatherings of friends and family, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The layout includes an open lower floor with a dining and living area bathed in natural light from big windows. Sleeping arrangements consist of a main-floor bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom, a second-floor bedroom with a king bed and large television, and a second-floor bedroom featuring a bunk bed with stunning views of the mountains and river below.

The home is equipped with a newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen featuring a gas oven, dishwasher, and various small appliances, alongside a gorgeous farmhouse dining table. Guests can enjoy a deck BBQ for grilling and a large washer and dryer for convenience. Speedy wifi is available throughout the home to ensure the entire group can stay connected.

Located in the lovely Aspen Brook HOA, the cabin offers a serene atmosphere where guests often spot elk, deer, bobcats, and bears from the deck. You are just 3 minutes from the town's best restaurants and a 5-minute drive to the park Visitor Center. The neighborhood provides common area access to the riverbank and a local picnic area.

• Neighborhood speed limit: 15mph
• Requirement: Guests must start a load of dishes and laundry (towels/washcloths) at checkout
• Note: There is no A/C; the home relies on cool mountain air
• Security: A Minut noise meter is located on the kitchen ceiling to monitor decibel levels
