Best of all, the cabin is located on the west side of town, just a 5-minute drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, allowing you to avoid downtown traffic during the busy summer months.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted. To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, loud noises in the hot tub and parties are strictly prohibited. The home is monitored by NoiseAware/Minut decibel meters. Smoking (inside and outside), pets, and outdoor fire pits are strictly banned. For safety, guests must not leave food in cars due to local bear activity. Non-registered guests are not allowed on the property. Upon departure, guests are required to start a load of towels and run the dishwasher. Please note that an additional per-person fee applies for more than two guests.
