About Property

Soothe your soul at this historic hillside retreat in Estes Park, Colorado, where you can soak in a hot tub while staring into Rocky Mountain National Park. Built in the 1800s and lovingly cared for, this modernized cabin offers 540 square feet of cozy living space that perfectly blends vintage charm with contemporary comfort.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility, featuring 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen mattress and wood-paneled walls. North-facing windows in the bedroom allow you to watch the sun light up Lumpy Ridge upon waking. For additional guests, the living area includes a new pull-out queen sofa bed and a convertible ottoman, allowing the home to accommodate up to 4 guests.

While the property is situated in a quiet neighborhood of other historic cabins, it provides an excellent combination of views and accessibility. The interior features a full kitchen stocked with a full-size oven, stove, fridge, and microwave, as well as an electric fireplace that adds a great ambiance to the living room. Outside, a small deck with a grill overlooks Lumpy Ridge, and the year-round hot tub (comfortably seating 2 adults) offers a private space to unwind with mountain views.

Location is a highlight of this getaway; you can walk to downtown Estes Park, local coffee shops, restaurants, and the famous Stanley Hotel. The cabin is also just an 8-minute drive to the National Park and a short walk to the seasonal free bus system.
